Dyed in Advance
If you would like to get your shoes dyed one of our standard colors before the shoes are shipped, here is what to do.
- Add the shoe to your cart. Make sure the shoe is white, ivory shoes cannot be dyed.
- Go to the shoe dye section and pick the color you would like and add it to your cart.
- You're done! Your shoes will be dyed and shipped to you in the color you selected.
If the shoes are in stock, they will be dyed within 24 hours and then shipped the day after they are dyed. If the shoes needed to be special ordered, we will dye the shoes within 24 hours of receiving them and they will be shipped the day after they are dyed. Generally, getting shoes dyed will add two days to the delivery of your order. We like to allow the shoes to dry overnight before shipping.
*NOTICE - Once shoes have been dyed, they cannot be returned. A less risky alternative is our "Try 'n' Dye" option.
Try-n-Dye
The Try 'n' Dye option allows you to try on the shoes first to make sure you like them and that they fit. You then return the shoes to be dyed. Here is what you do:
- Add the shoe(s) to your cart. Make sure the shoe is white, ivory shoes cannot be dyed. Do not request any shoe dyeing to be done at this time.
- Finish checking out.
- Once you receive your shoes and have confirmed that they look good and are the right size, print and fill out the shoe dye form from the website.
- Put the completed form in the box with the shoes and ship them back.
- Once we receive the shoes, they will be dyed the color you selected on the shoe dye form and then shipped back to you.
